Uuuhhmmm, we are around, but just a bit too busy so don't have time to get into deep discussions. The Iraqi-US war issues are a bit heavy for us local fisherman/surfer types :-).
Can we get into something a bit lighter like women or sex :-). Even the cricket fever and the English-Zim saga is on every news page around the country so it's kinda flogging a dead horse if you catch my drift.
But hey I'm glad ya missed me and I kinda missed ya too, but not in that strange kinda, way if you know what I mean. :-).
I'm kinda checking the forum every now and then, but can't seem to find time to offer anything substantial in a short space of time

Sorry folks, but I have been quite tied up with all sorts of work pressure. Much like you Kinda, being on location and therefore scarce is sort of much the case I have.
At any rate. Quite a opening for the CWC 2003 don't you think? It look's as if Zulu (Klusner) has found form again. If not for the 'slow overs' rule we would have pipped the West Indies. If it starts like this we sure are in for a treat.

Born, bred and will die a boer. I certainly don't consider myself a racist and being referred to as an Aussie leaves me cold :-).
Looks like Andy Flowers (Zimbabwe) has done the 'right' thing, by slating Robert and wearing a black armband representing the 'death of democracy' in his country. Nice one Andy. Give it stick.

An Aussie is a bit like a Brit but without the brains (and sense of humour) - oh and sophistication

Hey Calis I like your sense of humour. You too Kinda :-)
I can't imagine what you guys arer goin to be like when Pakistan win the CWC 2003 :-)
Between the Brits and the Aussies fighting over the Zim issues and the South Africans refusing to give Donald the boot the Indians and Paki's will walk away with 1st and 2nd prize.

Ouch :D
Has anyone even thought that maybe this heat wave would be good for the Indians and Pakistanis and not so good for the poor English and not to mention the Canadians.
It must be a real tiresome playing in this blistering heat.

Hey Kinda, :D I was wondering how you survived until now in a country filled with Pakastani's with an attitude like yours :-).
Is it kinda difficult to swallow defeat in a sport essentially invented by the English or what?
Looking at the news I read the English players were driven to tears in their frustration to make a decision about playing in Zim. I am wondering if they didn't just get a shock when they saw the Zim batting in action :-). A defeat against Zim in Zim would not have gone down well in Downing street if you know what I mean :-).
Nah.. just yanking ya chain. I think the decision is first class. Tell Robert he can play on his own, although I don't know how cos we got the balls and he aint got none :-).

We dont have to worry about the cricket when we have just been beaten 3-1 at football by Australia in London last night. I watched 15 minutes of it and thought I have had enough. They are now after Eriksons blood.
The cricket debacle was terrible, the suggestion I liked was for England to play Zim but wear black armbands - but of course this didnt happen. To be honest in the end it just got boring, politicians shouldn't get involved in sport and non of the players have come out of it with any credibility which is unfair.
