20th is good for us as well. I also propose the Cola Beach site as venue.

Sounds good to me. Unless there are any objections I would say let's go for it. Will wait another few days and then make it official on the GeekBreakfast.org site.

Just to let you know that I haven't forgotten about this - just having some trouble logging in to knysna.geekbreakfast.org - chatting to Dave Delaney about it now.

It seems obvious that we need to push this forward a bit as everyone has been frantically busy "paying the rent" so to speak. I must also apologize for my mistake regards the Cola Beach suggestion. The correct beach was in fact Myoli Beach. We have requested a formal quote for the conference room and breakfast per head. I will post this asap. Suggestions for the information presentation are a report back on OSCON from Charl Van Niekerk and a representative from Neotel. If anyone has suggestions please let us know.

Coffee and Tea will be available. Sunrise breakfast (R25): Egg, bacon, tomato & toast. 22Breakfast (R35): 2 eggs, bacon, mushrooms, wors, tomato & toast.
The conference room is also available for R500.00/day

    Sounds very reasonable.

I usually opt for the continental breakfast but if not available that's fine, I usually just start the day on some coffee anyway. Sounds really good in general!
